Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times Standard Shipping: 8-10 business days Expedited Shipping: 5-8 business days

Shipping Rates All orders include free standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages Dewy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at shopvenelle@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage at shopvenelle@gmail.com. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
